Looking for some personal time? Treat yourself to one of our facial treatments featuring Lily M products available in-store. These treatments are designed to be suitable for everyone. On the first Friday of each month, indulge your skin with some special care and attention. Each treatment will include - Coffee Exfoliator, Cleansing, Seaweed Face Mask, Toner, Moisturiser & Primer Oil being applied to the skin.
This initiative is brought to you in collaboration with Beauty by Naomi at Lily M.
This is an in-person treatment and will be held at our Lily M Store in Shrewsbury SY1 2BB, 15 Castle Street, every first Friday of the month. Each month, the new treatment times will be live on the website
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
Our Facial treatments are held during store opening hours, so please be aware that there may be background or traffic noise during your treatment. But we aim to keep it as quiet as possible.
Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

How long does it take to process an order?
As we make all our skincare product and soaps, sometimes if we’ve been busier than usual processing an order could take unto 1 week.
Do you ship internationally?

Am I tied into a monthly subscription?
The skincare starter box trial is a one-off purchase, allowing you to explore the products without commitment. If satisfied, you may choose to begin a monthly subscription. Subscribing entails a flexible agreement, permitting cancellations, pauses, or skips at any point.
What is your refunds policy?
If the product remains unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of your order.
